Job Description:
A leading Facility Management company in Dubai is conducting a client interview in Trichy on 13th October 2025 (Monday) to hire skilled and experienced technicians for various roles. We are looking for dedicated professionals with a background in facility maintenance to join our dynamic team in the UAE.

Available Positions & Salary (in AED):
Electrician: 2000 – 2300 AED
HVAC Technician: 2000 – 2400 AED (10 hrs duty)
Carpenter: 2000 – 2200 AED
Multi-Technician: 2000 – 2400 AED (10 hrs duty)
Plumber: 1400 – 1600 AED
Key Responsibilities (Varies by Role):
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing networks, HVAC units, and carpentry works.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all systems are operational and safe.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Education: ITI / Diploma in a relevant trade (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.).
Experience: Background in Facility Management & Maintenance is mandatory.
Preferred: Previous Gulf experience will be given high priority.
Age Limit: 22 – 42 Years.
Passport: Both ECR and ECNR passports are accepted.
