Job Description & Responsibilities
Emmell Services LLC, a leading facility management company in Dubai, is urgently hiring SIRA-certified security professionals for immediate deployment.
We are looking for dedicated and vigilant individuals for the following roles:
1. Security Guard (SIRA Certified)
Perform access control and patrol assigned areas.
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a secure environment.
Report any suspicious activity, incidents, or security breaches.
2. CCTV Operator (SIRA Certified)
Operate and monitor all surveillance security systems/CCTV.
Maintain vigilance and report any unusual behavior or security concerns.
Control the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles.
Maintain records of footage and prepare incident reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A valid SIRA Certificate is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Security Guard or CCTV Operator.
Only SIRA training certificates issued after 2017 are accepted.
Physical fitness and the ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Strong observation skills and a high level of integrity.
Note: Candidates with visible tattoos will not be accepted.

License/Certification: Valid SIRA Certificate (Issued after 2017)
