Job Summary:
We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Supervisors and Civil Supervisors to oversee and ensure the successful execution of oil and gas pipeline construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in supervisory roles within the Gulf region and a proven track record in the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the on-site construction, installation, and maintenance activities for pipeline projects.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality controls.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of Gulf experience is mandatory.
Industry Experience: Must have proven experience in Oil & Gas Pipeline projects.
Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
Education: Relevant degree/diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
