Chargehand (Steel/Mason/Scarpenter/Logistic) – AED 1200 – 1400
Steel Fixer – AED 1000 – 1100
Block Mason – AED 1000 – 1100
Concrete Mason – AED 1000 – 1100
Scaffolder – AED 1000 – 1100
(S. Carpenter) – AED 1000 – 1100
Key Responsibilities (Varies by Role)
Steel Fixer: Cut, bend, and install steel rebars and meshes for concrete structures as per engineering drawings.
Block Mason/Concrete Mason: Lay blocks, mix mortar, plaster surfaces, and perform concrete finishing work to high-quality standards.
Scaffolder: Erect, dismantle, and inspect scaffolding structures to ensure a safe working platform for all trades.
Skilled Carpenter: Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, formwork, and fixtures on the construction site.
Chargehand: Supervise a team of workers, assign tasks, ensure work quality and safety protocols, and coordinate with site managers.

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in the respective trade (Steel Fixing, Masonry, Scaffolding, Carpentry).
For Chargehand roles, prior supervisory experience in the relevant field is required.
Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment.
Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
Must be available for an in-person interview in Madurai.
