Available Vacancies & Salary (in AED):
Foreman (Steel / Shuttering / Concrete): 3,500 – 4,500 AED
Chargehand (Steel/Mason/Scarpenter/Logistic): 1,200 – 1,400 AED
Steel Fixer: 1,000 – 1,100 AED
Block Mason: 1,000 – 1,100 AED
Concrete Mason: 1,000 – 1,100 AED
Scaffolder: 1,000 – 1,100 AED
S. Carpenter: 1,000 – 1,100 AED
Key Responsibilities
Perform skilled work specific to your trade (steel fixing, masonry, carpentry, scaffolding) in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
For Foreman/Chargehand roles: Supervise a team of workers, ensure quality control, and manage on-site workflow efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Adhere to strict safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Collaborate with other team members and report to senior supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in the respective field (e.g., Steel Fixer, Mason, Carpenter, Scaffolder, Foreman).
Prior experience in the GCC region, especially the UAE, will be highly advantageous.
Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding construction environment.
Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
Strong understanding of construction safety practices.
