Key Responsibilities (General Overview)
Execute tasks as per the assigned trade (e.g., electrical work, plumbing, masonry, steel fixing, carpentry, painting, welding, scaffolding, rigging).
For supervisory roles: Lead a team of workers, ensure work meets quality and safety standards, manage daily work schedules, and report to site engineers/managers.
Operate machinery and tools specific to your trade safely and efficiently.
Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures on-site.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Complete work within designated timelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the relevant trade.
Gulf Experience: Prior work experience in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain is a MAJOR ADVANTAGE for most positions, especially those marked “(Gulf Ret)”.
Documents: Must have a valid passport, updated CV, all educational and experience certificates, and passport-sized photographs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in the specific trade with practical knowledge.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a construction environment.
Availability: Must be available to attend the in-person interview in Madurai on 19th December 2025.
