Nexus Link Electromechanical LLC, a leading MEP company in Dubai, is urgently hiring for an experienced MEP Project Manager (Electrical/Mechanical Background). This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead major construction projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and supervise all site engineers, technicians, and project execution teams.
Oversee complete project documentation including drawings, submittals, change orders, and invoices.
Act as the primary point of contact for client and consultant meetings, ensuring clear communication.
Implement and manage QA/QC procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely progress reports to senior management.
Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP project management, preferably within the Gulf region (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) or with reputable Indian construction/Infrastructure companies.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Proficient in project management software and documentation.
Salary & Benefits:
