About the opportunity
Farnek, Dubai urgently needs manpower for its airport, hotel and facilities management projects. There are 23 positions, from supervisors and specialised technicians to maintenance technicians and helpers.

Supervisors and specialised technicians (AED per month)
Position Salary (AED) General role (not on the poster)
MEP Supervisor 5,000 Supervises MEP maintenance teams and work schedules
ACW Heavy Equipment Operator 5,000 Operates heavy equipment as the project needs (ask the client what “ACW” stands for)
Electrical Technician 5,000 Electrical maintenance, repairs and fault finding
ELV Technician 3,000 – 4,500 Maintains low-voltage systems
BMS Operator 4,000 Monitors and operates the building management system
CAFM Operator 4,000 Handles facilities management software, work orders and records
SCADA Technician 4,000 – 4,500 Maintains SCADA monitoring and control systems
AFL Technician 3,500 Technical maintenance (ask the client what “AFL” stands for)
Electronic Technician 3,500 Repairs and maintains electronic equipment
Kitchen Appliance Technician 3,500 – 4,000 Repairs and maintains kitchen equipment
Facilities and maintenance technicians (AED per month)

Job requirements
Age: up to 45 years
Gulf experience in facilities management, specifically in airport and hotel projects, is mandatory
