Job Description:
Are you a skilled Structural AutoCAD Draughtsman looking for a career in Dubai? Danube Group, a leading name in the industry, is urgently hiring for its state-of-the-art Steel Cut & Bend Factory.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to create and modify structural shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS). The ideal candidate will have proven experience ensuring all designs comply with international codes like ACI and BS.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, develop, and modify detailed structural shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Tekla software.
Prepare accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for steel reinforcement.
Ensure all designs and drawings comply with relevant codes (e.g., ACI, BS).
Collaborate with the engineering and factory production teams.
Maintain and manage digital drawing files and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Structural Draughtsman in the Gulf region (UAE experience preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with Tekla is a significant advantage.
Strong knowledge of structural detailing and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation.
In-depth understanding of international building codes (ACI, BS).
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural Draughting is preferred.
