We are urgently recruiting for a major solar project in the Maldives. The client interviews will be held in Trichy on 22nd September 2025. Below are the available positions with their monthly salary ranges:

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be involved in the design, installation, and commissioning of cutting-edge solar energy systems. Common responsibilities across engineering roles include:
Supervise on-site construction and commissioning of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), ground-mounted, and floating solar systems.
Coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
Conduct QA/QC inspections to ensure all work meets technical specifications and international standards.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Degree or Diploma in a relevant Engineering field (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) for technical roles.
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in utility-scale or commercial solar power projects.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with BESS, ground-mounted, and/or floating solar systems is highly desirable.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of PV system components, inverters, and international electrical standards.
Age Limit: Up to 38 years.
Duty Hours: 9 hours per day.
