Job Description:
A leading taxi company in Dubai is urgently hiring professional and reliable Taxi Drivers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a valid Indian driving license to build a career in the UAE. The company offers comprehensive support, including assistance in obtaining a UAE driving license (with applicable deductions), and provides employment benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport passengers to their destinations following local traffic laws and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Utilize GPS and map applications to determine the best routes.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
Handle cash and electronic payments from passengers.
Requirements:
Age: 21 to 40 years old.
License: Must possess a valid Indian driving license. The company will assist in obtaining a UAE driving license.
Experience: Prior experience as a taxi or commercial driver is preferred but not mandatory.
Language: Good communication skills in English (reading and writing).
Visa: The position is on a Visit Visa cum Employment Visa scheme.
Benefits & Provisions:
Basic Salary: 800 AED per month.
Commission: Attractive monthly commission ranging from 2200 AED to 2800 AED.
Visa Sponsorship: Visit visa converted to employment visa.
Accommodation: Provided by the company.
Transportation: Provided by the company.
Medical Insurance: Provided by the company.
License Support: Company will assist in acquiring a UAE driving license. (Note: A deduction of 4000 AED will be made from the employee for the UAE license processing).
