Job Overview
An excellent overseas opportunity for skilled and motivated Taxi Drivers in Dubai with KABITAXI. We are seeking drivers with a valid or expired Indian, UAE, or any GCC license. This role offers a high-earning potential with a competitive commission structure, company-provided accommodation, and comprehensive benefits. Immediate hiring following client interviews in Trichy.
Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently transport customers to their destinations.
Adhere to all UAE traffic laws and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a comfortable ride.
Utilize company-provided mobile apps for trip management.
Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
Work diligently to maximize daily trips and earnings.
Salary & Benefits
Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000+ INR (Earnings are effort-based)
Commission Structure: Up to 45% of the daily trip value.
Daily Earning Potential: Up to 625 AED/day translates to a 45% commission for the driver.
Initial Support:
The company provides 500 AED + Accommodation until you obtain your UAE Driver’s License.
A deduction of 500 AED per month will be made from the salary to cover the UAE license cost, starting from the beginning of your employment.

Duty Transport provided by the company.
Eligibility & Requirements
Age Limit: 21 to 35 Years.
License: A valid or expired Indian, UAE, or any GCC Country Driver’s License is acceptable.
Language Skills: Good communication skills in English (Read & Write).
Duty Hours: 12 hours per day.
