Requirement:
- 4+ Years Experience in plastic Manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in injection moulding machines, molds, and polymer processing.
- Hands-on experience in machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Proven leadership with effective manpower management skills.
- Skilled in production planning, reporting, and resource utilization.
- Sound knowledge of quality systems, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet production deadlines.
