Position : Desktop Support Engineer

Location : Sharjah , UAE

Requirement:

Experience: 3–7 years

• Provide end-user IT support, including desktop, laptop, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Support internet and local network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and user access.
• Coordinate with remote/back-end support team (Mumbai) for issue resolution.
• Support conference room devices during meetings.
• Raise service tickets with OEMs (HP / Dell) for onsite support.
• Monitor and maintain IT assets, inventory, and software licenses.
• Configure, prepare, and issue laptops to employees.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and diagnostics.
• Good communication and ticket management skills.
• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
