Hiring Administrative Specialist for Saudi Arabia

We are  Hiring for Saudi Arabia , Food+accomodation+transport provided.

Position :  Administrative Specialist

Salary : 4500 SAR (inclusive)

Requirement:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Accounting or Related field.
Minimum 3+ Years experience in administrative support or Executive  coordination prefarably in oil gas.
Fluency in Arabic & English both written and spoken
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office (excel , word, power point)
Strong Analytical , Reporting and Documentation skills.
Excellent Coordination ,followup , and Multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle Confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Ceo Calender ,meetings and communications.
Coordinate with department to ensure execution of tasks.
Prepare Reports ,Presentation  and official documentation.
