Direct client interview on 16 October 2026 (Friday) at SS Consultants, Trichy.
Positions and salary (AED per month):
1. HVAC Technician: 2,200 – 2,800
HVAC, chiller, AHU and FCU maintenance; troubleshooting HVAC systems; VRF/VRV experience preferred.
2. MEP Technician: 2,200 – 2,800
Electrical, mechanical and plumbing maintenance; MEP troubleshooting; electrical/HVAC knowledge preferred.
3. Electrical Technician: 2,000
Cable tray, glanding and termination; panel wiring and switchgear installation; electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
4. Plumber: 1,900
Pipe, valve, fixture and drainage maintenance; chilled-water pipeline work; firefighting experience.
5. MEP Technician – Team Leader: 3,000 – 3,500
Minimum 3+ years GCC FM Team Leader experience; manage MEP maintenance activities; good HVAC, electrical and plumbing knowledge.
Eligibility: Age below 40. ITI / Diploma holders preferred. Technicians need 3 to 5 years of GCC FM experience, or 7 years of home-country experience. Employment visa.
Work conditions: 11 working hours daily (excluding breaks), 26 working days per month, overtime applicable after 11 hours of duty.
