2. SMAW Welders (Tack Welders):-

ITI passed/High School or minimum to understand the English language.

Minimum 4 years experience an certified SAW welder for heavy steel structures. Shalt demonstrate skill of sound welding in butt joints in minimum 2G position within acceptance criteria of AWS 01.1.

Shall be able understand and interpret chop drawing.

Shall have good knowledge of process, tools, & equipment and must adhere to PPE and safety requirement.

Check & vanity fit up as per shop drawing requirements Capable of welding sound welding joint without failures and with production target.

Shall adhere to welding parameters as mentioned in WPS Check, adjust and keep equipment in wellding condition Capable of operating to draw. loading and unloading job on to kids.

Interact with concerned fabricator to their requirements and priorities, and also do grinding an per job requirement and he will be assist and work under guidance of fabricator Shall follow and abide all rulen of company’s safety policy.

3. FCAW Welders:-

ITI passed & understand the English language. Minimum 4 years of experience a certified FCAW welder for heavy te structures. Shall demonstrate skill of sound welding in butt joints in minimum 2016 position within acceptance criteria of AWS D1.1.

Shall be able understand and interpret welding symbol in shop drawings.

Shall have good knowledge of process, tools and equipment and must adhere to PPE and safety requirements. Check & verify it up as per shop drawing requirements.

Shall be able understand and interpret the structural steel drawing and operation of such equipment.

Shall have good knowledge of process, tools, & equipment, and must adhere to PPE and safety requirements.

Check and verify the drawing and their respective file formats for the machine.

Loading and unloading of jobs on to machine. Perform the operation as per requirement of job/drawing with accuracy with production target Shall take care of machine, tools and measuring instrument.

Abrasive / Sand Blasters:-

High school minimum to understand the English language.

Minimum 4 years of experience as industrial spray painter for heavy steel structures.

Able understand and interpret the surface cleanliness and profit.

Should handle plates steel sections, Sheeting coils crates cartoons and fabricated jobs etc. and shall load and unload onte skids trucks etc. and shall be working in any production areas as per requirement.

QA/QC Dimensional Inspector:-

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering At least to years experience Dimensional / Fabrication inspection activities in Heavy steel structural fabrication and Pre-Engineered steel Buildings industries.

Good communication skills in English & Hindi are must & English Language Reading Writing is must.

Shall have excellent skills of engineering drawings interpretation and sound computer knowledge (Excel,word) is must.

Should have good judgement of job for releasing, hold up. rejection etc Able to work in day / night shift duties. Shall be progressive inspection in the fabrication process for 100s of steel structures being fabricated in the work shift. To check and release the weld joint preparation dimensional parameters as per the given shop engineering drawings and procedures for end process accurately. To Quality control the fabrication activities in the shift and report any deviation to the specified requirement.

Should have good knowledge of welding process, defect types and its remedies and good knowledge in international standards, AWS, MBMA and ASTM etc.

Should prepare the daily inspection report: O Desserts as part requirement. And should have ability to do root cause analysis of fabrication process and its defects. Shall have good judgment of job for releasing. hold up, rejection etc. Shall have knowledge of issuing NPA and its closeout procedures. and have knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
