I have been working in this industry for a long period of time. During this time I have learned what the problems  the following work/job requires me to solve, to understand the questions of the customers and  how to approach them with their desired answers. I am a persistent and great asset to the  company.

The job description provided good details of the role and was well written. The thing I like most about is that I would get a chance to work with a team where I can exchange my interests and opinions related to my role and help in the progress of the company in the best way.


  1. Why had you left your previous job?

I loved my previous job and team. I used to mentor and coach my team to help them grow. However, my growth was stopped and I did not get to learn anything new. That’s why I am looking for a role that would be challenging and help me develop more.

I don’t have in-depth knowledge about your company’s services. However, I have visited your company’s website and got a little overview about your company. I must say the services that your company offers and the positive feedback your company receives have impressed me.

I put stress on the Supportive environment and flexibility of workplaces. Workplaces that are collaborative and emphasise teamwork. The places where employees can exchange their ideas and work autonomy without any restrictions like dress code etc.

I loved the environment in my previous workplace. The team was very helpful whenever I had  an issue. I got complete freedom in how I schedule my work and which project I prioritise first.  They had complete trust in each other’s work. Also, the team had meetings frequently and  communicated a lot for check-ins. Therefore, I like collaborative as well as the individual workforce.

The market competitive pay for this job has been between X and Y. But we can discuss this later  if you find me a good fit for the job.

I will give an example by using the STAR method: situation, task, action, and results. So in my previous job our team failed to deliver what the client needed. So, they were thinking of cancelling the deal. So my team and I redesigned the whole project and won the clients back.

I am always open to feedback. I believe I am more open to taking any input for my growth. I love learning new things. So do I make mistakes? Therefore, I am open to constructive criticism to keep myself updated and correct. This helps me in doing my job to the best of my abilities.

The vision of the project changes at different points. So when a company changes the priority of a project they may have a valid reason. So if the priority of a project I am working on changes I  will try to be understanding and consider it in the best interest of the company. And I will start working on another high-priority project.
