Eram Engineering is a leading name in the engineering sector and is urgently seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join their dynamic team for prestigious solar projects in the Maldives. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative renewable energy initiatives, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Ground-Mounted, and Floating Solar Systems.
We are conducting client interviews in Trichy on September 22nd, 2025. Successful candidates will be offered an attractive USD salary package with comprehensive benefits.
Open Positions & Salary (USD):
Project/Site Manager: $2500 – $3000
Project/Site Engineers: $1100 – $1400
QA/QC Engineers: $1100 – $1200
Civil Engineers: $1100 – $1200
Land Surveyors: $1100 – $1200
Safety Officers: $1100 – $1200
Site Supervisors: $850 – $950
Solar Technician: $384 – $412 + Overtime
Key Responsibilities:
Design, install, and commission BESS, ground-mounted, and floating solar systems.
Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
Conduct rigorous QA/QC inspections to ensure all work meets technical specifications and international standards.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols at all times.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Degree or Diploma in a relevant Engineering field (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) based on the position.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in solar power projects.
Mandatory: Specific experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), ground-mounted, and floating solar systems is required.
Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and relevant international standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
Age Limit: Up to 38 years.
Duty Hours: 9 hours per day.
