| ➤PROJECT MANAGER
Min. 12 year of Exp. including GCC Exp. in the similar field Age Limit: 45 Years B.E/B Tech/ M. Tech in Civil Engineering Valid GCC driving lic.will be an added advantage Industry Preferred: Contracting- High rise residential Commercial building, Industrial, Villas • Preparing tenders and commercial bids to help bring in new business Industry Type: Construction & Contracting only (No Infrastructure exposure) PURCHASE OFFICER – Min. 6 Years of Exp. in the similar position Any Degree (Preferably Civil Engineering) ➤PLANNING ENGINEER Min. 8 Years of Exp. in the similar field Degree/Master in Civil Engineering Research potential vendors Age Limit: 35 Years Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary. Required Exp.:Construction /Contracting industry • Understanding project specification and developing time schedule and budget that meet them. – Industry Preferred: Construction – High rise, Villas, Warehouses, Hotels, Hospitals etc. ➤CONTRACTS ENGINEER Min. 8 Years of Exp. GCC exposure will be an added advantage – Degree/Masters in Civil Engineering Discussing the opportunity with the BD team and understanding basic requirements Should have QS knowledge of both Civil & MEP ➤QUANTITY SUPERVISOR B.E Civil with 6-8 Years in reputed contracting companies Age Limit: Not Above 45 Years Pre-tender / post tender / value engineering / BOQ finalization – Exposure mandatory • Commercial knowledge Required Experience: Contracting – High rise buildings Residential & Commercial, villas, Warehouses etc |
