ITI with minimum of two years’ experience as a Mechanical and Hydraulic technician in a related industry. Extensive knowledge of mechanical & hydraulic systems, installations, maintenance, overhauls & repairs. Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

OVERHEAD CRANE TECHNICIANS ELECTRICAL

ITI/12th STD, Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or LNG Plant or Petrochemical plant environment as Electrician with extensive experience operating overhead crane, practical knowl edge and more importantly, familiarity with equipment for about three years depending on model and year of manufacturer.

• Identifying parts and functionality required for a particular lifting

• Determine the defective parts by proper inspection as per ASME 30.5 • Able to read and fully understand details or reference of an overhead crane manual book

• International / standard lifting signal knowledge. .

• Has practical knowledge of maintenance and minor troubleshooting of different types of OHC equipment.

• Understands lifting hazards identification.

OVERHEAD CRANE TECHNICIAN MECHANICAL

To carry out daily Overhead Crane maintenance activities associated with LNG Process Train, Offsite Facilities, Utilities & Off-Plot Facilities. Familiarity with Overhead crane Operation & Main tenance. Good understanding of crane operations including very broad category relating to safe crane operation. Well-versed with all troubleshooting & maintenance techniques such as hoist ing Motor/brake, Hoisting limit switch adjustment, Rope drum/guide/ clamps / anchorage main tenance, Rope sheaves, Overhead trolley, couplings, Crane block, Hook, Hoist, etc.Understand & performs Pre-check inspection, Safe working practices & inspection checklist. Provide feedback about the effectiveness of implemented corrective & preventive measures. Must have extensive experience operating overhead crane and practical knowledge & more importantly, familiarity with equipment for about three years depending on model & year of manufacturer.
