Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts.
- International culinary certifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or 3–4-star hotels.
- Previous pre-opening hotel or restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in Indian, Chinese, European, Continental, Mediterranean, African Fusion, Vegetarian, Barbecue & Grill, and Bakery & Pastry cuisines.
- Experience in breakfast buffets, fine dining, conference, wedding, and outdoor catering.
- Excellent kitchen management, food safety, and team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and update restaurant, conference, wedding, SPA, room service, children’s dessert, bakery, pastry, and seasonal menus.
- Prepare high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, presentation, and taste standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, inventory, food costing, and hygiene compliance.
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate banquet, conference, wedding, and outdoor catering services.
- Maintain quality control, minimize food wastage, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support pre-opening activities, menu planning, and kitchen setup when required.
