Refining/Petrochemical plants. Must have detailed knowledge of planning techniques (P5 or P6).

QUALITY CONTROLLER Be familiar with applicable codes & standards,

namely ASME ix, v & iii, ANSI, ASTM/API Materials Standards. Have detailed knowledge of piping materials, fittings, bolts & gaskets & welding standards, welding procedures & welding set-up’s

(WPS, WPQT and PWR).

SAFETY OFFICER NEBOSH:Must have thorough knowledge of Bapco Permit to work.

SR. SUPERVISOR 15 years’ exp in Refinery maintenance operations or similar works, at least 5 years of which should have been in a supervisory role. SUPERVISOR 10 years’ exp in Refinery maintenance operations or similar works,

at least 3 years of which should have been in a supervisory capacity.

FOREMAN Diploma/ITI possess min. of 5 yrs’ exp. in refinery maintenance works and Must have a full working knowledge of all crafts, i.e. metal trades, fabrication, rigging, etc.

FABRICATOR 03 yrs practical exp as fabricator acceptable to Co. Must be able to read,

understand & work from engineering drawings & sketches which use piping & welding symbols.

WELDER 2/3X/WELDER 4/WELDER 5/WELDER 6

/ WELDER 7SS/ 3 yrs practical exp. as Welder acceptable to Company. Must be

thoroughly conversant with AWS electrode nomenclature & be able to identify specified electrodes.

RIGGER/RIGGER 1 Preferably with Third Party certificate.

METAL TRADE 3 yrs practical exp. as Metal Trade acceptable to Company. Must be normally

able to identify gaskets

used in refinery systems by name, size, pressure rating & material.

TRADE HELPERS 01 year practical exp. as Trade Helper acceptable to Co. Able to work in confined conditions, i.e. columns, vessels, reactors, furnaces & clean same to acceptable

standards.
