Requirement:

What We’re Looking For :

7–10 years of experience in concrete batching plant operations (ready-mix/pre-mix).

Hands-on experience managing fully automatic batching plants & yard operations.

Strong experience handling trucks, materials, manpower & plant operations.

Leadership mindset with ability to work under pressure.

Good spoken & written English for reporting and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate & manage fully automatic batching plant operations.

Oversee daily production, mixer dispatch & diesel control.

Monitor raw materials, fuel usage & production data.

Ensure accuracy, safety, and operational discipline.

Supervise plant staff, drivers & yard personnel.

Maintain production, stock & fuel records; coordinate with management.
