- JOB TITLE: – WORKSHOP IN-CHARGE
- JOB LOCATION: – OMAN
- SALARY: 400-450 OMR INCLUDING FOOD
- QUALIFICATION PARAMETER: DIPLOMA/DEGREE, MUST HAVE FOUR-WHEELER LICENSE
- WORKING 9 HRS PER DAY + OT
- ACCOMMODATION AND MEDICAL INSURANCE ARE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY
- FOOD ALLOWANCE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY
- OTHERS AS PER OMAN LABOUR LAW
JOB REQUIREMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must have 5 years of experience in handling Motors and Diesel engines.
- Planning and monitoring work within the workshop.
- Prod planning contribution of work to Labor as per his standard.
- Report on workloads, participate in project reviews, and give advice to project managers
- Maintaining material, such as Steel sheets, ingot, fasteners, and other tools Tackles used for job
- Having Good experience with machining and fitting techniques.
- Fabrication Mechanical maintenance
- Coordination for Purchasing and ordering of supplies and consumables.
- Oversee workshop operations including rig repairs, Manufacture, design, and construction activities
- Responsible for Workshop Yard safety compliance.
- To ensure that production and productivity are maintained in accordance with work schedules
- Research and advice regarding purchasing drill products and new equipment.
- Identify the working review and provide staff training opportunities in liaison with Safety Training.
- Provision of accurate and factual reporting, including maintenance of Plant Identify
- Management of day-to-day troubleshooting decisions and actions within the area of Production responsibility.
- Must have good experience of Welding verify fabrication also sound knowledge of machine shophandling (Lath Machine, Drilling, Welding,).
