Experience of sourcing crew for off shore fleet • Awareness of RPS requirements • Awareness of STCW certificates / Training • Proficiency in English & Computer (Office / Windows) MANAGER – CREW JRE23627 Bachelor’s Degree 4-6 years of experience in crew recruitment • Minimum of 2 years in a Managerial role. • Computer skills: MS Word, Excel etc. Business fluent English and Hindi • Good knowledge of the Shipping Industry • Experience in offshore crew recruitment. • Good awareness of RPS & MLC requirements • Ability to handle unions • Industry networking |
